I think im stuck with money orders till im 18... but just woundering if there's any MA that anyone knows of that would accept a 17 year old? ( even offshore )

I went back and checked the list of merchant account providers we researched when we were choosing one. You must be 18 for each of them.

 

It is possible you can use PayPal (I think?). Does PayPal also have an 18 and up limit? Anyone know?

All sites dealing with money are that way, 17 years of age is not classified as an adult for being liable for credit cards, payments, etc whereas 18 and above you are legal.

I have set up EVERYTHING, paypal, credit cards without ever meeting someone face to face.....

 

Paypal you don't have to be. It's really easy it only takes 5 minutes and then you wait 2-3 days for them to verify your bank account.

 

I would do paypal, and then on your 18th birthday jump into the whole credit card thing, or don't and just use paypal. I use veriklix.com, don't know if I like it as much as paypal.
