English/Spanish Site

I'm using an outside content management system from within OsCommerce and since my site will be in both English and Spanish...

 

i need to find a way to detect when a person is viewing the English or the Spanish site....

 

so on the pages served by my content management system i want to ad a script states:

 

<if oscommerce page is english then include "english" page>

<if oscommerce page is spanish then include "spanish" page>

 

I know that "?language=es" will set the site in spanish mode...

but how do i track the settings?

 

on what page is the code located in oscommerce? If i can find it, maybe i can modify it?
