Where Do I Start?

I am trying to delete the oscommerce, cart contents, my account and checkout images and links from the header.php.

 

I have been able to change the oscommerce logo to my own but have come a little un stuck with finding which bit of the code to delete which deals with the said images and links. I need to delete them in order to replace it with my payment images.

 

I have copied my includes/header.php text below if someone could have a look at it for me.
