HELP - footer include loading on wrong place

Hi there,

 

I am facing an odd problem.

there is some bug in the HTML rendered by the PHP page throughout the site that is making the footer come up right underneath the right handside colunm.

 

When i open the PHP code in dreamweaver it loads in its right place. I also saved the rendered HTML right from the browser 'view source code' and opened it in dreamweaver and it also looks fine, so i cannot find whats causing the problem... any suggestions??

NEVERMIND - I FIXED IT
