Hey everyone,

First of all i just want to thank all of you who've spent their personal time making contributions to the osCommerce community. We've implemented many of the contributions available to us and look forward to giving back to the developers for their efforts.

We recently went live with our site @ PerfectUrns.com. Everything appears to be going smoothly so far, no big problems yet. We're continually enhancing the site to make our customers visit as positive as possible.

I'd love to hear some constructive criticism about the site. Anything that you may think needs fixing/enhancing/etc..

Anyway, check it out! Looking forward to what you have to say. :D

I don't like the menu - it's hard to tell what the subcategories are - eg click on "metal urns", and the subcategories look the same as the main categories at the bottom. I'd use a different bullet point or indent more.

IMO it looks messy with them all underlined as well, and those sub-categories that cause a break (eg "copper cylinder series", "woman with dog series") look bad.

"Best price guarantee" logo is cartoonishly large and looks ridiculous.

Advance search pop-up waffle on about Microsoft and mouses still

I don't know why people seem inclined to use that horrible sign-in process with the option buttons to select if you have a password or not - I think it's awful.

Your Help and FAQ layout and navigation is not very intuitive - eg I click "help anf FAQ" at the bottom, then I have to click the "go" button to get to the FAQ?

What's the distinction between help and FAQ anyway?

Also a little bit concerned that these pages appear to be "dead ends", since you have removed the product navigation, you are forcing the user to either click the browser back button, or the "home" link to go anywhere else, which is a bit inconvenient IMO.

Your photos are subpar for such expensive items.

On the plus side, the colors are good.
