scrap32 Posted July 27, 2005 Share Posted July 27, 2005 I just got an email from a potential customer who is frustrated with the way the store is set up. I had to back up and click on each paper five times. Into the ordering process I decided to look around your site some more, and my cart emptied. Anyone know why this is happening? The majority of my customers have no problems ordering, but I'm starting to get more and more people (mostly new customers) saying they are having major problems and don't want to go through the process again.
