scotthatton
Hi Folks, What solutions do people suggest for email accounts of small businesses to ensure everything is handled professionally? The company I have provided a site for just has the one email account ( [email protected] ). This is just a POP3 account. About 3 different people access the account at the company as well as the boss remotely (messages are left on the server for 10 days). Occasionally problems occur when messages are either double handled, or not handled at all due to mix ups. Also, people never see each other send mail, not great for following a thread. Is there a solution that would help solve this? I'd prefer it to be web based if possible as I can't be on site to provide support. Initially thinking something like an exchange account that 1and1 UK provide:http://order.1and1.co.uk/ I'm assuming then everyone would be working from the same account and folders. However, only want the one account - just accessed simultaneously so don't want to have to pay out loads. Any other ideas that I may have missed? This must be a common problem affecting small web based businesses. Thanks in advance, Scott
cgchris99
I would love to know this also. I'll see what some friends say. Basically I have this same problem.
BearHappy
I have used the below in the past for a law office that I provided IT support for. I found it very easy to setup and use and also provides complete admin control from the web. Highly recommended...
