Price problems

Hi,

I am having a bit of a problem with a new setup of oscommerce, the site is still in early stages but when i try to add a product, i put the price in the admin panel (say ?15) and in the preview it displays correctly but when i go out of admin and into the main shop it displays as 0 ????? anyone know why?

I think you need to set up the tax part....

no not vat registered yet, just a small new business wanting an online presence. in the product section i have entered NONE in the vat box, and like i say, on the admin panel it displays the price, but as soon as i am in the main site it says 0

Hi Jon,

 

Go into this file

 

catalog/includes/languages/english.php

 

and look for this

 

// if USE_DEFAULT_LANGUAGE_CURRENCY is true, use the following currency, instead of the applications default currency (used when changing language)
define('LANGUAGE_CURRENCY', 'USD');

 

Change USD to GBP and see if that makes any difference.

Ive done the above but still have the problem, the price still says 0! Ne ideas?

I have the reverse - prices show up fine in the store, just not in product preview or in best customer order totals anywhere - everything set to GBP as far as I can see. Anyone help ?
