jackrabbit
Well, I really need the Separate Price contribution for this site that I am setting up, but I am not familliar with working with SQL databases at all. One of the things neccessary for installation is for me to: If you have a new installation of Milestone 2.2 then the easiest way to install this contribution is to upload the included files and run the spcc_v41_install.sql file on your MySql machine. Well, I've never run a .sql file on my MySql machine before, but I really need this and since the documentation breezes over it so casually it MUST be something really simple. I just need someone smart to be able to walk me through it or at least direct me somewhere this installation is explained in slightly more detail. Thanks for your help. :P
Jan Zonjee
I am not familliar with working with SQL databases at all. Most hosting companies have phpMyAdmin available to work with your osCommerce database. That is what you need to run the sql file. I'm not particularly well known with phpMyAdmin but after you have chosen your database, there should be a tab somewhere labeled SQL and then you choose the sql file with a browse button and then GO. Make sure you have made a backup in the osC admin first. Bad choice to put your question in this part of the forum by the way. A bit off topic ;)
