Error in USPS shipping calculations PLEASE HELP!!

I am desperatly trying to solve this issue...between working 3 jobs and napping in between to get some sleep, I am trying to put this online store into production. I have a test item, am using my work address, used the original usps.php file and even installed a contribution file and still get the same error message "error in shipping calculations" Please provide me with an answer or direct me to a previous post that actually solved this problem for someone else. I have tried reading thru 1900 some odd pages of posts and have not found anything that was useful. Please spare my sanity and help me with this, thanks in adavance! My site is www.crowemagtoys.com/catalog. I also have had an account with USPS for several years so I know my user ID and password are good.

I am having a same problem. NEED to get hlep as well.
