I've had 10 calls in the last 4 days from customers who all say that their amex cards do not work. The website gives an "unknown card" error. Visa and Discover all work fine. I'm using the PSIGate addon. I don't even know where to start to solve this problem. I'm going to be calling PSIGate in a second. Somebody please help!
