Heloo again experts.I m having a problem here.I have saved all the catalog folder and the database to my computer(that is the right backup isnt it?)

I moved to another server, have upload via ftp the catalog folder, have made an new empty sql database and then load it (with my old one)edit the 2 configure files(1 in admin and the other in admin includes)

The shop looks ok in www.myshop.com/catalog but i have weird problems in Admin.

Modules dont show up ,File manger either,,and things like that so i cant edit nothing.

What am i going wrong?In the backup-the restore?the edit in the 2 configure.php?the paths?

i am confused:)

Thank you.

If the shop is working fine and admin is not, then there is a most likely a problem in the admin configure file. Post it here if you want someone to look at it - minue the sensitive data.

i think i ve done it ok.

i installed oscommerce again and when i had to import a database,i ve uploaded mine(but renamed oscommerce.sql)

Then i overwreite all the new files with my old ones(the backup)except THE 2 CONFIGURE.PHP in admin/includes and in catalog/includes.

Is this ok?

Yes, that is fine. It would only hurt you if you had made changes to the files you replaced but since it wasn't working that probably isn't anything to worry about.
