Pay Pal Showing Wrong Shipping Amount

Hi All,

I'm having a killer problem on this site. Pay Pal is showing the wrong shipping price. Actually, I don't even have a shipping amount set up but Pay Pal is showing an amount of $3. Does anyone know what the problem is? I've worked through the shipping module and all of my shipping prices are set to zero. All of a sudden when I go to check out in Pay Pal I see $3 for shipping and handling. Weird......

Hi All,

Let me also add that I do have a smooth transaction if I install "Credit Card" in the payment module and use that as that method of Payment. I also tried testing with 2CO but I got an error on the last page since I don't have an account with them yet (I guess I'll try when I get an account).

But yeah, I've zeroed out all of my shipping, tables, zones, etc. This is one of my last and final steps in completing this cart so ANY help would be GREATLYT appreciated.

Thanks

hi;

i'm just making a new e-commerce site with paypal as the gateway.

and so i played with almost all options of paypal.

in my profile section; there are 3 rows; i cant remember their names and it is hard to open it again for me after 36 sleepless hours...

anyway; in the right row; there is a shipping options section. You can set paypal's shipping information from there. And also you can set to overwrite but i don't know what happens than.

But i'll try.

if you can solve the problem; please write here.

Best Regards

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by in your profile section there are 3 rows... What are you referring to there? Can you please try to explain in a way that it's easy for me to navigate?? Thanks and I appreciate your response. :thumbsup:

Wow, this is the EXACT problem I am having.

Did an answer ever occur?

If you're referring to Pay Pal showing the wrong shipping amount. You have to go to your Pay Pal account and adjust the shipping there. Right now it's currently defaulting to whatever your settings are. i believe if you go to "profiles" you can find it there.
