Pound ? Currency

How i can make the currecy ? as a default currency. How can i remove the other currencies. Please Help

Might be wrong, but cant you just delete the currencies from within your admin. I think thats what i did. Then make sure that this bit of code in your includes/language/english file is set to GBP.
