www.my-server.com/osCommerce/ going no where

I have followed the pre-install instructions.

 

I have downloaded the package and transferred the "catalog" driectory to my site via FTP.

 

The next set of instructions are to go to

 

http://www.my-server.com/osCommerce/ to start the setup

 

I gather that this means http://www.andrewbogut.com.au/osCommerce/ (which is my site)

 

When I do this nothing comes up.

 

Can anyone help??? Please

Replace "osCommerce" with whichever directory you have ftped to. In your case, "http://www.andrewbogut.com.au/catalog/"

 

Unfortunately, I believe you have not configured properly and that's why you get a Fatal Error.

 

Try configuring your osCommerce 1st at http://www.andrewbogut.com.au/catalog/install/.

 

Remember to remove the install directory after configuring or anyone else can break in very easily.
