Change Category Titles

Hi, Under my categories, on each separate page of each item, at the top left it says the word 'category'. How do I change it to say the name of the item??

The actual names are controlled by the folder structure done in your admin. If you're talking about the actual word "Categories", then you can change it by going to languages/english.php

I did change the word category to main menu. Im talking about on each page the word category appears on the item pages. Is there a way to change these on each page? Can I do it thru my admin folder?
