Guest Posted July 22, 2005 Share Posted July 22, 2005 Greetings Everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows of a plugin or script for this OSCommerce, whereas, once a purchase has been authorized and sent through -> I can redirect them to an area where they can download their product? To clarify, an example of this would be: Let's say i own a software company of some sort... After a customer purchases my software i want them to be able to choose either a) I ship it or B) they can download the software they purchased. If you assign the filename to the product as one product attribute and assign a weight to the product as another product attribute, the customer chooses one or the other. If there is no weight, the product is offered as an immediate download on checkout, otherwise, the order is treated as a physical product and shipping costs are added. I have been running my download shop for a year or so and I have just recently added the ability to offer physical version of the products in this way.
