Is it in the includes? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Most of the text changes you might want to make will be in includes/languages/YOUR LANGUAGE The knowledge base has details on altering the text in emails here. The bit about account opened emails reads: When a customer registers at your store they receive an email giving them generic information about the function of the store they have just registered with.
