The same thing happened to me when I tried to upload. I tried to look at your configure.php file but couldn't get into the "includes" folder from admin....... the folder shows that it is open, but the files in it are not listed properly. That shouldn't be happening. Either send me a private message and I can look at this file for you... or, reinstall the store...... something is WRONG.
