Specific Search help needed

Hi there

 

My live site JCProgrammes has a drop down search box, as customers only need to search for UK Football Teams. The file was created by creating a table in the database with all the teams listed.

 

Now my problem is there is a team called Shrewsbury which the results appear with no problem, but there is also a team called Bury now the problem that i am trying to solve is that when a customer searches for Bury i ONLY want the results for Bury to be displayed and not Bury AND Shrewsbury which is happening.

 

How can i make the search display the specific team.
