Please perform the following actions: cd /usr/local/apache/htdocs/includes/ touch configure.php chmod 706 configure.php cd /usr/local/apache/htdocs/admin/includes/ touch configure.php chmod 706 configure.php --- I've followed its instructions, but it does not work.
