missphnx Posted July 21, 2005 Share Posted July 21, 2005 Hi, My New Customers cannot select a State when creating a new account. There is no State field at all. I hired someone from Elance to upgrade my website from MS1 to MS2. When the upgrade was complete I noticed there wasn't a Customer Details in Configuration in ADMIN. He didn't seem to know what I was talking about. So I just assumed I didn't know what I was talking about either. Then I went to oscommerce.com and saw that, yes, there is supposed to be a Customer Details sections in Configuration. I can't get a hold of him and this is something that really needs to be fixed. Could this be the reason why my new customers are unable to select a State during account creation?
