vptuning Posted July 21, 2005 Share Posted July 21, 2005 I would like to change the "Delivered" order status to read as "Shipped" , as customers are getting confused when they receive email notifying of a "Delivered" status, when nothing was delivered. Thanks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi go into your admin area and look for "Localization", in there you will see "Order Status" and when you open that up you will see all of the stock answers. Using the insert function at the bottom, you can create new ones and/or edit the existing ones using the Edit function up to the right. I have 21 different levels from processing to, order placed with courier to awaiting delivery confirmation and finally "completed", where I send the receipt.
