?hardcoding to other pgs in site from index?

Yipeee.. got my cart all worked out and ready to list stock.

 

One question,

I want to link to sizing charts and the phb forum that is in my site - can I do this from the index page of my oscart?

 

Does it need to be hardcoded - and if so, what is the coding?
