And the items are staying in their cart. 2nd problem How do I stop the contents from stayin in their cart and reducing inventory if they leave my site without ordering. ♥Vger Posted July 20, 2005 Share Posted July 20, 2005 First, if they are a 'Guest' and not a registered customer then when they leave your site the cart contents are dropped. If they are a Registered Customer their cart contents are saved, in hopes that they will complete the purchase when they return (many people fail to complete on first visit). With the default PayPal module you need to go to your PayPal account and turn on the 'Auto-Return' feature, and this will mean that orders get completed and added to your database, and updated, even if customers fail to hit the 'continue' button at the end of their purchase on the PayPal website.
