enragedcow Posted July 20, 2005 Share Posted July 20, 2005 So we've got this product that's extremely popular, but hasn't showed up yet. The quantity is set to "0" so that is shows as out of stock. However, every few hours or so, although not always and with no predicatable pattern, it randomly sets the quantity to "1" so it shows as in stock. Then we get a flurry of questions, and I have to reset it to 0. Then, later, it sets itself back to 1. Anyone have a clue as to why this might be??? It's extremely annoying!
