Steve T
Hi, Im building a shop for a customer and they have asked me to put something in the subect so they can easly see what OSC order goes with witch Securetrading Payment. It should be easy to put the orders_id in the OSC email but with the one that comes from the payment site its not so simple. This is because OSC does not create the orders_id untill after the call back from securtrading(or any other payment service). so i cant put that in the email. Does anyone have any ideas about what i can do to solve this. At the moment the only thing that i can think of is to put the name of the customer in the subject but it is possible to have 2 names the same. Another option would be to use the email address in the subject as it would be unique to the customer but they can be very simular and cause confusion. I would be gratful for any help or ideas that anyone can provide. Thanks Steve www.openaccess.co.uk
Beatyourtruck
I could REALLY benefit from having the customers email address in the subject of the e-mail. Anybody know how to do this?
