Guest Posted July 19, 2005 Share Posted July 19, 2005 I have just installed oscommerce on my site at http://www.justhaveaparty.co.uk/shop/index.php. the problem I am having is that I cannot get rid of the warning: Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/chrisd/public_html/shop/includes/configure.php. I have changed the permissions to 644 in ws_ftp but the error is still there. I then changed the permissions to 444 but the header is still there. When I went back to the configure.php file the permissions were automatically set back to 644. Don't know what to do??? Anybody have any suggestions??? Guest Posted July 19, 2005 Share Posted July 19, 2005 PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! Must have been ws_ftp that was causing the problem. Logged into cpanel and changed the permissions which sorted the problem! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
