oneclickappliances
Can anyone help. About 25% of the time when orders are placed - the checkout success page isnt loading. The order still is placed, but the checkout success page tries to load until it times out. the other 75% of the time it load in about 2 seconds. This leaves the customer thinking it didnt go through so they usually hit the button several more times placeing mulitple orders. Has anyone experienced this. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

oneclickappliances
Yes I have changed the page - I accept Paypal - check/money order - Payflow pro for credit cards. I will try turning off the emails and seeing if that does the trick. I will let you know either way. Thanks

♥Vger
Make sure that your e-mail addresses are entered in your osC admin panel just as e.g. [email protected] and not as Sales<[email protected]> and see if that helps. Vger
