cl0306 Posted July 19, 2005 Share Posted July 19, 2005 I think I might have something wrong in my configure.php I have oscommerce running fine on a development server on my LAN and, although I've managed to install it successfully on a hosting server the links for creating an account and logging in as an existing user dont work. On my development box I've noticed the URLs have the session IDs but not on the hosting- I'm guessing that's because cookies are working on the remote copy. Everything else seems ok - all the administration pages work fine - just not these two things. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
cl0306 Posted July 19, 2005 Author Share Posted July 19, 2005 Fixed - turns out the 'HTTPS_SERVER' parameter was wrong. My hosting provider (1and1) gave me a shared SSL proxy thingy and I hadnt put that in- but then my padlock wasnt secure but I fixed that thanks to some absolute genius' post which is here: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=72486 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
