Guest Posted July 19, 2005 Share Posted July 19, 2005 I can't seem to figure out where this extra 3 lbs is coming from. Did anyone have thi similar problem? Everytime I added somethign to the cart and goto check out the shipping modules automatically calculated an extra 3 lbs to the order. Where can this be fixed? Check in admin whatever shiping module you are using, and see if there is a tare figure in a box. If there is delete it, or set it to zero. Where can this be fixed? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I had this problem and by setting the tare weight to zero it added an additional 0.1 to the total weight.
