How do I make new boxes selectable from admin?

I know how to add boxes to my store -

 

Define in filenames.php, add the box files in /includes/boxes, and add to column_left.php or column_right.php -

 

But how do I make these boxes selectable in Admin>Configuration>Info Box Display?

 

ie: in that section, you can turn on Yes or No for Currencies, Best Sellers, etc.

 

How do I make it so that the new boxes I've added will also appear in that section?
