Hi! I really need to transfer my site, it's all ok, however all I need now is to know how to set up in the new db the db_user, db_pass and the db_name, in order to make it work again. How could I do that keeping the encrypt that the config file had? Any tricks kiddos? Help meee!!! Kisses, Sarah.

There's no encryption in the configure.php, unless you added it yourself. You will have to ask your new host what to put there, and then restore a backup of the database to your new host.

Ehm.... ooops! Thanks buddie! I mixed up with the postnuke system (that one u need to do a little mess to reuse it in another server) I check the config file and I did it really fast, with no problem at all! Anyway, thanks for the quick and unintrested responce!

However... to those who offer their commercial services in private... u should be ashamed, this is a forum of open source, u cannot do that!!! Becouse if u keep selling and u don't contribute to the comunity, your commercial services will go on bankrupcy, due your biz are based on open source! You must really think about that, seriously. And again, thank u stevel! Because of people like u, things like the osCommerce could exist... and not like the "other ones" who do biz in a forum where we are all supoused to be "techies": and to you, yes, even a girl could programm, don't be sexist! Cheers, Sarah.
