BGSoyCandle
I am having so many problems with ipowerweb. Is anybody else? I worked 13 hours days the last 2 days and I'm off the next 4 and I REALLY want to get my website done. Last week I had this error for days: Warning: mysql_connect(): Lost connection to MySQL server during query in /home/bgsoycan/public_html/ecommerce/os/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! They finally fixed that (I hope). Today I lget up bright and early, ready to do some work, log in to VDeck, and there is no place to log in to OSCommerce. There's a place to download it, but I don't want to do that and mess up everything I've already done. I am unable to log in to OSCommerce Admin to add products or anything like that. OF COURSE I've already emailed support and am on hold with chat support. Just a little frustrated here. Joyce

I dont change any of the site through that though. Goto your sit, then add admin. i.e www.yoursite.com/admin or www.yoursite.com/catalog/admin or however your site is set up, just add the admin. That is how and where you log in.
