Do you have far more customers than orders? I'm a new store but this doesn't make much sense -

I have 19 customers, 3 in Preparing [PayPal IPN], and 2 orders. Perhaps it is because I only offer PayPal as my payment method?

Any input would be appreciated.

If you have a good listing and interset in your store some could be real customers which might come back.

But seeing your domain displayed here in the forum would also indicate

visitors from here simply testing your payment and shipping options.

I think I know what Im talking about.

You might also have customers who were going to order but changed their minds. We put in the "Recover Carts" contribution to find those that put something in the Shopping Basket but didn't go through to checkout.

Great contribution. It allows you to ask customers why they came to the site in the first place and what you need to change

customers checking the shipping charges on the bulky items is the #1 reason for keukenlust, some of them order after a couple of days - my guess after checking the competition.

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

I do not use the responsive bootstrap version since i coded my responsive version earlier, but i have bought every 28d of code package to support burts effort and keep this forum alive (albeit more like on life support).

So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?!
