Orders can be placed, accounts accessed, etc. The orders are sent to me at the Send Extra Email To address...but not the main email address. Also, you might try checking what your email filter settings are as the email may have gone into your junk email folder. alum316 Posted July 17, 2005 Author Share Posted July 17, 2005 I thought of that, so I set the primary and the send extra email to addresses to the same address and still only got one order notice. I switched the two, making the primary my work email and the send extra to my home email and still only got it at the send extra email to address. Any ideas? Guest Posted July 18, 2005 Share Posted July 18, 2005 For some odd reason the software doesn't send Order e-mails to the main address you specify, only the extra one. As you can have more than one e-mail address in the extra e-mail box, stick both in there where you want mails to go - should do the trick :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

alum316 Posted July 19, 2005 Author Share Posted July 19, 2005 I'm willing to give up OsC sending emails to the primary address as a lost cause, but can anyone tell me how to make the middle credit card details (since I use split) show up in the emails that go to Send Extra Email? Since that's the only way the system will send me email for orders I need those numbers, or stop using split which I don't want to do (the whole "do it as safe as possible" thing).
