Add a Personal Field

Well, I need to add two new fields in the create_account.php.

 

Something like:

Gender =>

First Name =>

Last Name =>

Date of Birth =>

* R.G. =>

* CPF =>

E-mail Address =>

 

Anyone got a mod or a suggestion to help me?

This might do the trick for you, I have never used it... but it sounds like what you need.
