Newsletter module not working

Hello,

 

 

I've installed newsletter_modul_v0.2_en_-_de and when I tried to create a new newsletter I got the message Error: Newsletter module not installed. So I rebuilt a new database in phpMyAdmin and tried installing Newsletter & Subscribers, when i try to create a new newsletter I get the same message. Any ideas.

Check contributions there may be a newer version plus make sure you've downloaded all files as sometimes the download is just a bug fix and not a full package
