Guest
I have set up a tax rate for VAT for 25 European countries. When any of the 25 countries are selected as the destination address then tax is added to the order. However if its a non EU country, america for instance then the tax is still calculated howed the name is Unknown tax rate. Any idea why this is, and how I can make it not show! Guest
This is what I have set up. In Tax zones - -EU (contains the 25 EU countries for VAT) -Northern Ireland. (contains the counties of Northern ireland) - used for shipping - ROI and Channel Islands (contains the counties of the CI and ROi)- used for shipping - UK Shipping - uk based areas not including the above two - used for shipping - Rest World - Used for Tax, this just contains the states, as i was testing. Tax Classes -17.5% VAT - No Tax Tax Rates - No tax, priority 1, zone rest of world, 0% - VAT, EU,zone priority 1, 17.5% That should work shouldnt it?
