Chrisbrewster
Hello, I am risking embarrassing myself. I am VERY new to owning a website. I purchased my website already configured and I just made the needed adjustments to fit my store. Anyway, I am trying to install a contribution and they tell me to, "Copy everything in catalog/ to your catalog/." The file they give is called catalog, but where is my catalog? I look in my file manager and I do not see a file called catalog or is the whole thing my catalog? It is payment processing contribution, so should I copy in the same place as all my other payment modules? I am a fairly quick learner, but I feel like an idiot over this. Any help would be appreciated. :(
akosh
First of all, don't use the file manager, use an ftp client such as filezilla. If it tells you to upload something to catalog, it means upload it to wherever your store is located. So if your store is at domain.com/store, upload it to /store. If your store is at domain.com, upload it to the root, as in where the admin, images, includes, etc files are.
