Shipping by amount of products

Hello everyone.

I've looked around the forums and looked through the shipping modules, but I cannot seem to find anything that will suit my needs. I'm hoping somebody will be able to suggest what I should do.

Basically, We are setting up a book shop, and we want the shipping costs to be calculated by the amount of books being sent, IE: ?1.99 for 1 book, ?2.00 for 2-5 books etc etc, the costs also need to be different for europe and overseas deliveries..

It seems very simple but I must be simple as I cannot find out how to do this at all!

I would grately appreciate any help!

Thanks in advance,

Ollie

Not sure if there's a module that does that but you could fake it with the 'table rate' shipping module - just set all your books weights to '1' and use something like:

1:1.99,5:3.99 etc

That would give a carriage of ?1.99 for 1 book (or 1kg in weight) and ?3.99 for 2 - 5 books
