ARGH! Product prices gone AWOL!

Hi,

This is my first post and OSC is my first excursion into PHP land so go easy on me please! Ok, I have installed and integrated the cart into my existing site -- a huge learning curve for me as this is the first site I have ever put together. However it is only after much hard graft that (stupid) me tested out the checkout system. hmm. items can be put in cart but there are no product prices on display anywhere.

It appears the trouble is starting at admin. In admin, the product price is not displaying in the right hand product summary box on the main categories/product page. However, the product description in admin IS displaying the price on the edit page...but when I click the preview button the price disappears again. All i see is a big fat 0.

There are no prices to be found anywhere in the catalog section everywhere the price should be is a 0.

I checked my sql databases and the prices are stored accurately in the product table.

I really dont know what I am looking for...I have pulled up various files and cant find any clues where the source is.

I have done quite a few mods.

1)credit class/discount/gift voucher

2)column controller mod

3)header controller mod.

4) Paypal IPN

They all seem to be successful. I did get in a muddle with trying to install both the main_categories and the all_products mods, which i removed again but I have a feeling the prolem with the prices displaying as 0 predated that.

Please, please, pretty please will some kind person point me in the right direction? I have trawled this forum for hours and cant find any clues!!!!

Ah! so all that trawling through pages of code wasn't necessary then!!!

It was indeed due to switching to GBP - I had my default currencies set to false in the admin configeration panel.

Thanks so much - it is all working now! :D
