Configure.php problems

I just moved all the files from rooot/catalog/ to root - I've been told I need to re configure both includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php to show the new paths, but I'm new to this and I'm unsure as to what it is I need to change. Moving the files has also meant that connection tot he database is now lost.

 

Here's an example ofmy settings in includes/configure.php:

Can somebody tell me what I need to change in order t get everything working again? The databse itself is empty, so would it be simpler to just go through the install process again?

Don't forget you also have an admin/includes/configure.php file too.
