I would suggest you search the web. Personally I wouldnt develop a template for under $25

There are a couple (2 or 3) of free ones in the contribution section. For that price range, that's your only choice.

 

Other than that, I've never seen one for under $100. And those are sold multiple times, so there's always going to be other sites out there that look exactly like yours.

 

The best way to go is to purchase an html coded unique template, and integrate it into OSC. Places that sell coded html templates normally sell the unique template from $300-$2000. And html template integration into osC normally runs from $100-$1000. Some of the top notch programmers charge more.
