Mixer_029
Strange problem - all emails are generated correctly by osc except the owner email after an order is placed. In test mode, we receive this email (telling the owner of a placed order) but once we place it in production, that one email quits sending. The order is going thru, authorizing, charging the card, and returning to the Thank-you page, but no email is generated. It also won't send out emails to the "additional" addresses either. We are on a Windows platform and have double checked all of the email settings, and we have tried several different email accounts to eliminate that potential problem. We are also co9nnecting to Authorizenet. Any ideas would be appreciated!! We have removedthe < > in the email addys as suggested, but we are still having the same problem. And have recently discovered it is not sending "lost password" email either, these problems HAVE to be connected somehow. Thanks in Advance Mixer
