Header.php Parse error

Hi hi.. can someone help me? I was trying to remove the cart icons on the top right of the original page.. and modified the header.php file..

Encountered the following error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '=' in /home/tangocho/public_html/includes/header.php on line 64

Tried to revert back with my previous backup.. but the error is still there.

My header.php file

Download the osCommerce 2.2 MS2 zip file from the downloads section of www.oscommerce.com, unzip on your computer, and you'll find vanilla copies of all files in the 'catalog' folder. Upload the one you need to replace by FTP and that will cure the problem.

Then, in future, do not use the osCommerce File Manager to edit files, and follow the advice in the link "Psst?? Got a parse error??" below my name.
