Guest
Hi After successfully connecting to mySQL, I come to the next screen where it informs me that the following file must exist. /files/home2/holistics/holistics/install/oscommerce.sql As it doesn't, the next stage fails. Help. My webspace doesn't have a files/home2, etc so where does this come from? Can I change the installation to look elsewhere? or move the file to the relevant location? kingkahn22
Hey, The default install of has the oscommerce.sql file. Go download a copy of MS2 and extract that one file, and upload it to catalog/install or just /install if that how you have it setup. Are you importing an old database? Or just using the one OSC comes with ? =========== You will not see that directory: /files/home2/holistics/holistics that is the local directory on the server. You have permission only to log into holistics.
Guest
Hi I already have the file in my install directory, (I've also copied it to the root as well). I am just using the one that came with OSC. Regards
Guest
Hi I've managed to populate mySQL with the tables by running the oscommerce.sql file from within phpadmin. The install still hangs and says: The following error has occurred: SQL file does not exist: /files/home2/holistics/holistics/install/oscommerce.sql I understand that the install script only changes configure.php Is there anywhere I can get the settings needed to change this manually? If not help!!
