I have attempted to edit the languages/english/index.php file, but each time I receive a warning message that advised I need to change user permissions. I do not know how this is to be done. I can not seem to label the headers on my welcome page. Is there some code to do this. I appreciate your help. I must admit I am a novice, but learning fast.
