Best way to handle international orders?

How do you all handle international orders.

 

We have multiple issues with international orders.

 

1) They usually fail the AVS check.

 

2) Shipping must be calculated manually

 

3) We want to be careful with fraudulent orders.

 

We are U.S. based but ship to places like Canada, Spain, France, U.K. etc. But not places like Nigeria.

 

How do you all handle international orders. It just seems like we go through a lot of manual work to get them. Multiple emails to them, getting credit card numbers via phone, etc.
