Shopping Cart Add Not Working

I moved my store up to the root directory recently and now when you add a product to the cart and then continue shopping and add another product, the first product added is gone.

Also- the cart is not remembering the member, and making them re-login.. must be a cache issue I can't figure out...

Another note worth mentioning, we generated a CSR key for an SSL cert. but have not purchased the cert or implemented it yet. I don't think that would mess up my cache though?

I didn't reazline that I couldn't execute the file transfer because the file was not set to excute under the chmod command..
